![]() Amusingly, this game actually got me into music, something that I couldn't live without today. The creativity of some people in this game still amazes me to this day and I have an insane amount of respect for the people that dedicate hours upon hours working on projects. Even if you aren't great at this game like me, there are ~8 years worth of levels at your disposal, some of which are absolutely mind-blowing. That isn't to say the game isn't fun however. Some of my favorite moments have occurred while playing this game, not necessarily because of the game itself, but because of the circumstances going on while I was playing it. ![]() Geometry Dash has been the best time-killing game I've owned, making for a perfect background game while talking with some friends and discussing various topics or drama going on at school. The satisfaction you get when you finally beat a level you've been working on for a while is hard to match, while the rage that spews out when you fail at the very end of the level is something that simply doesn't exist in very many games. There is something special that makes the grind fun and enjoyable in this game. The only game that has ever been the exception to that rule is Geometry Dash. I've never been someone who has enjoyed spending countless attempts grinding away at a game, whether it be a boss, challenge, or level.
